Employment Verifications
This is the perfect solution for outsourcing your employment verifications.  Our trained verification specialists will contact the employer to verify the applicants status.  It is a well known fact that applicants stretch the truth on applications or provide prior work history that never existed.  It's important to verify.  Your clients are paying for experience, isn't it about time they verify the facts before they invest in hiring?  Information returned in our reports may include any combination of or all of the following; Type of business, position or title, job performance, hire date, termination date, full time status, part time status, current or last salary, temporary hire or permanent, availability for raise/commission or bonus in 6 months, reason for leaving, eligibility for rehire, the name of the person we spoke with and their title, the date the report was completed.
 
Rental Verifications
Our rental verifications are the perfect addition to any tenant screening package.  Our trained verification specialists will contact the prior landlord to verify the tenants rental history.  In todays markets, its important to know who you're renting to.  Our rental verification specialists will take care of all the phone tag, gathering information and provide an easy to read report for your clients.  Information returned in our reports may include any combination of or all of the following; date moved in, date moved out, if tenant gave proper notice, if tenant paid rent on time, was an eviction notice given, were there non sufficient funds (NSF) checks, if so how many, what was the deposit amount, were there any late notices, would they rent to this tenant again (and any notes), were there any complaints or damages (if so, how much monetary value), the total number of occupants and who we spoke with along with the date the report was completed.
