We're looking for experienced individuals in counties across the country to become a part of our researcher network.  Please read the guidelines below to see if you qualify to become a county court researcher.

If you do not meet all of the following guidelines, please do NOT apply.

1. You (or someone from your company) must physically obtain records from counties you state that you provide.  You cannot outsource your work.  This will be verified prior to utilizing your services.
2. You must be able to receive your work via email and enter results through an online researcher portal.  We will provide you with a specialized account where you will login to enter your results online.  You must include date of charge, charge, charge type, case number, disposition date, disposition and sentencing information for all records you locate.
3. Your fee, excluding court access fees, must not be higher than $5.00 per request per county.  We are aware of the courts that do in fact have a court access fee.  If you curently pay more than $5.00, contact us, as we can more than likely save you money!
4. Your turn around time (TAT) must be no longer than 48-72 hours.  If your TAT is longer than 72 hours, do not list that county or continue with your application with us.  Our average TAT for all of our clients is 48 hours.  For area's that we have multiple researchers, we will choose the researcher with the lowest cost and provides the fastest service.
